Funding entity Enel Grids
The objective of the collaboration proposal is to review current regulatory frameworks in Europe, Spain, and Italy, develop, implement, and test applications for functionalities that can be developed and supported by DSO networks. Some of the preliminary topics identified include: grid forming schemes, protection activation, DSO support to blackstar service, and use of flexibility grids through grid reconfiguration. These topics are described below in more detail.
